Trying out a recipe from Bold and Healthy Flavors by Raichlen. Probably my favorite book by him. In the fridge now, flavors marrying. Tacos Tuesday.

Thx @StillH2OEgger … a little spicy but the taco toppings mellow it out. Love homemade grilled salsas. Raichlen has several. This one was very easy and bold like the book says. Tasty.
