Not sure which country started this range war, but shipping from the US to Canada is just as bad! Best thing you can do is know someone who has a friend who lives close to the border where you can ship and then drive over the border to pick it up. I went to Italy for four separate weeks in 2019 or so. I looked for this stuff every time from very small shops to what would be higher quality/price grocery stores like whole foods. I asked workers and no one knew what I was talking about. Still haven't tried it
