La Bomba Hot Antipasto Spread

OK….any old egger timers who had that wonderful spread which the late Canadian egger named “little Steven” caused Eggdom
to go nutso trying to find it here in the USA. My question is what year(s) did that happen?

PLEASE Mr Buffalo…there is NOTHING offense in THIS thread…so I hope YOU don’t destroy it….as I really would like to know what year!?

What's wrong with allessia? (just asking - don't know)

And is this different from straight calabrian peppers?  I buy the Divina chopped variety to cook with, and they're awesome except that they stain everything dark red.

It's just a step above all the others. Hungry man in the 2008 link above said it best.   It's like crack, only better. Problem is cost and shipping thru aurora

The fermentation gives it a much more complex flavor profile than straight up Calabrian peppers.  It’s not very hot though, I can eat the whole jar with a spoon and not work up a sweat.

If you like hot this is absolutely fantastic! This is legit spicy. I find most hot is pretty tame but this has some real heat with excellent flavor. Hard to find in person but available online. It's worth checking out if you like curry flavor.

Just on crackers works best for me, though I have seen some eggers "waste" a hard to come by bottle on the sliders they have served at Eggfests.

You might see if it's available locally otherwise you can find it on Amazon for $12 or so dollars. I really do want to be clear that it is super hot. You might want to look at a few reviews on Amazon and believe me when I say it's hot. Great Indian flavor though.

Certain Cub Foods carry Pataks. The one next door to us doesn't carry it but the Cub Foods near my work does. I'm not sure who else carries it locally.
