Probably 26 hours brisket with sausages and 6 racks of ribs.

I'm tired and drunk. Damn good cook and really good advice from this forum.

Can't wait to sleep in tomorrow.

Way to bring it home. I'm sure your guests were more than impressed. The best Q you will have (with a carve out for CT brisket) is that which you cook.
