My wife made the decision that she wanted to use her new CI Dutch oven to make chili. I was wanting to do pork ribs on my new XL. So I fired up the MBGE and removed the convector to fit the DO on it. Then started a fire in the XL for the ribs. Turned into her watching both Eggs while I built another chicken coop. She did great!!

    You use the talent and rigs you have available to crank out the food you committed to and then deliver the goods.  Congrats to you and your wife for making it all happen. Great results. Well done.
