My wife made the decision that she wanted to use her new CI Dutch oven to make chili. I was wanting to do pork ribs on my new XL. So I fired up the MBGE and removed the convector to fit the DO on it. Then started a fire in the XL for the ribs. Turned into her watching both Eggs while I built another chicken coop. She did great!!
