I almost didn't open this for fear of what I would see. I was right. Sweet looking right there. Eating well tonight for sure.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Little skinny, but removed a coupla bones to
make the plated ones meatier. Pretty good. Braised them with butter and red wine vinegar and finished with Stubbs.
