    Very nice! I almost bought some bacon-wrapped boudin-stuffed jalapenos, but I went with the bacon rapped, tenderloin and Conecha sausage-stuffed jalapenos instead. I'm not sure I made the wrong choice, but your boudin sure does look great!!!

    The boudin was pretty good. First time to try the mini links. Hard to go wrong with The Best Stop boudin.

    They have a production facility now. You should be able to purchase it outside of Louisiana.

    I would crush that.  Great plate.

    Best stop is putting 3 stores in the Houston area.   Not sure where the commissary is (hopefully Scott) but I’m excited to have proper boudin here now.
