I know that there are plenty of commercial brands out there, but I like to do my own thing. Does anyone have a good tomato based recipe like Sonny's or Smoky Bones bar-be-que sauce that they can share?
I obtained a quart of sauce from Smoky Bones and tried to freeze some in small packages. It would not freeze--ha--must have an alcohol content; but it is pretty good. Happy smokin!
