Sawmill ribs

So, we have a bandsaw mill and, a bi-product of cutting lumber Is having slabs you can cut up for smoking chunks. Tonite we had St. Louis ribs smoked with sawmill cherry, delicious!!

Great ribs. Love the finish. Colour is what cherry always brings. My favourite smoke wood.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
