Simple 10 inch pizza.

From the 'Pizza Bible'  Master Dough with Starter.

Indirect 550F on pizza stove few inches above felt line.

Onions, peppers, cheese pepperoni. Top with some garden herbs at the end.

Thanks

Nope, homemade all the way.  Crust and sauce anyway.   I do not know what totino’s is, maybe a pizza place?

Totinos used to be the best 99 cents you could spend. Now the are nearly 2 bucks. Used to add anchovies to mine.

Quick question - I can get it to 500 or even 600 but then it tends to run away higher flames leaping out- cannot keep it steady at 500-600. Do you have any tips for that?

@Boo4. Closing the lower vent a little works for me.
