OT Anniversary cook… scallops, and stuff.

We both sort of forgot our anniversary. Caliqueen remembered it just in time. Not sure that I did. 

She loves scallops, so here we go. 

Pea and parsley purée. With ginger and shallots. 

Zuke “ravioli”  (feta + pesto in the mids), topped with homemade onion citrus marmalade. 

And… scallops. 

Shades of green and brownish. Not my best plating. I could eat a plateful of the pea purée and onion marmalade. Caliqueen enjoyed it, so I’m calling it a day. She said she’d sign up for at least another year =)
