    By the way, the laughter was clearly about which of them was going to answer the question first, since the reporter asked them both a question at the same time.  It wasn’t actually a laugh in response to Ukrainian refugees.

    It was rhetorical, but electing leaders you don’t like is not what made us dumb.  We have managed to do that all on our own.
