    @caliking Debone wings and stuff with cream cheese, Jack cheese, sausage, fire roasted japalenos and rub of your choice.  Raised direct @ 400 or so until done.  Good eats, very different.  Deboning wings is work so e only do it for a small group.

    I've done something similar but can't bone worth a darn:  cheese, roasted/seeded jalapeño, and rub, rolled up in boneless, skinless thighs and secured with a toothpick.

    I’ve always heard those referred to as Chicken Bombs.

    I get my A$$ kicked deboning a whole chix but I know of the technique.  Gotta be easier in the long run than the whole deal.  Or so I hope.   B)
