To make it quick and simple I used Hormel pre cooked bacon. It was a pain in the ass to wrap the shrimp with the precooked bacon and I thought it was going to be a disaster. But a little patience and a toothpick and it worked out. Next time I will microwave with a damp paper towel to make the bacon a little more wrap-able.I brushed both sides with melted butter and some seasoning and onto the grill at feltline 425ish direct. Super fast cook with crispy bacon and juicy shrimp.
Last time I made these I used prosciutto. They were good, but just not as good as bacon.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -

Very, very nice, Darian. I like your tips on using precooked bacon so the shrimp doesn't get overcooked.KelleyEgging with No Joke Smoke (Bruce), enjoying small town life in Brenham, TX., the home of Blue Bell Ice Cream.
