    I am good with that although I never count the beers.
    House rules (time of day independent) to get the cook rolling: 
    fire the fire-time for a beer; protein on -time for a beer; then adequate pacing to get to and remain on the "buzz" plateau til finished and presentation.  That FTC can be brutal!  Go forth and enjoy.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
