Burger and fries

Decided to utilize some of the new things I ordered tonight. I made sirloin/chuck steak burgers and truffle fries.
Burgers were seasoned with a bit of msg and dizzy pig crossroads. Cooked on the mini max raised direct.
Fries tossed in oil and cooked in my anova precision oven.
Burgers topped with chipotle cheese. Bun side one covered in truff spicy Mayo, and the other side drizzled with Keith’s burger sauce.
Fries tossed in truffle oil and savory seasoned salt after pulling from the oven.
Ailoi for the fries consisted of fresh garlic, momofuku chili crunch, truff spicy Mayo, and salt and pepper.
Pretty darn tasty!
