I really apologize if this has already been brought up, but who knows when the BGE place over in Tucker/Doraville GA plans to re-open?
My hinge assembly finally gave out, and as y’all probably know, there isn’t one ANYWHERE right now.  I’m having to PAN-FRY!!!
That is unless anyone has some other ideas?

”NEED LARGE HINGE ASSEMBLY......will provide Q”. 😎

    If CGS doesn’t have it you can also try Outdoor Home.  I’ve ordered from both places and they’re both great.

    And while I’m at it does anyone know if Ray Lampe aka Dr BBQ is still working for BGE? I just haven’t seen Ray’s name mentioned in a long while.

    @RRP Tucker has been closed to the public for a year abouts.
    Ray got shafted by corporate beancounters much the same as the original forum got shafted by the same people.  Unfortunate neither had a union looking out for them.

    Where is the location in Tucker?  The only one I am aware of is in Doraville,  off I-85, just south of 285/Spaghetti Junction.

    BGE web site shows the Doraville location as well.

    The original used to be in Tucker. They moved to Doraville a few years ago. 
    You can’t get to Loganville, Ga from anywhere. You have to start somewhere else

    Apologies if I'm stating the obvious, but have you checked with your BGE dealer(s)? I ordered a new band assembly some time last year ( I think), and they had it in the store within the week.

    I meant Doraville....I still think of it as Tucker because I’m in Tucker and almost right between the old Tucker location and the Doraville.  I can’t believe it’s closed though either way!  This isn’t good. 😳😳

    The BGE dealer here is closed for some reason, so I started calling all the authorized dealers around and every one of them says they’re on back order.  I found one (I thought) out in St Louis but they sent me a note the day AFTER I paid them for it saying that it was back-ordered too.

    I’ll just keep on searching.  I just hate it that the headquarters is closed down.  The building says “temporarily” but that doesn’t tell much.
