If you read the recipe and your belly comes sliced you will only smoke it an hour not three.Terpderpitude said:

That’s a choice at my Costco. I can get full bellies or sliced like that. Sometimes you have to ask for the full bellies if they don’t have them out.Mickey said:

I was happy with the sliced. Only took an hour to smoke it and really like the thickness. Did fry a couple and real nice.Terpderpitude said:

If i had bought the couple of cases Yuengling and the pork belly both in Florida and ran out of room for the trip home it would have been just a pic of the 🍺.
