Cote de boeuf reverse sear in the MMX ... simple and delicious

Our local butcher had some superb looking ribs of beef in, couldn't resist. Seasoned with salt and pepper, reverse sear with a pre-sear IT of 130F. No plated pics, too busy enjoying it.

    Thanks all. The butcher had two ribs in stock so the second one is being done this coming weekend. Oh yes, life is good.

    Thanks. And yes my handle is from Moorcock’s genre. I have a first edition Stormbringer book signed by Michael Moorcock himself.😉
