Cote de boeuf reverse sear in the MMX ... simple and delicious

Our local butcher had some superb looking ribs of beef in, couldn't resist. Seasoned with salt and pepper, reverse sear with a pre-sear IT of 130F. No plated pics, too busy enjoying it.
