Answering my own question I ended up buying from https://gwernyfedwood.co.uk/collections/wood-chunks-for-smoking after some googling. Weird that a lot of places appear to be out of stock.
They also sell on Amazon but cheaper direct. Two big boxes of cherry and apple should last me forever
