orange sweat

I have orange sweat on the outside of the dome when I am using my large egg. Does anyone know what this is and how to remedy it?

It's normal. It's the accumulation of fat and moisture being extruded through the ceramics. Soap and water will take care of it while the egg is somewhat warm

Mine has never been that bad, but when it happens, rainwater usually does the trick. Or Simple Green and a scrubby.

Cook more higher temp cooks. Too many lo n slo cooks can cause the ooze.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
