Just the wife and I this year. Did a grass-fed filet, dry-brined overnight, dusted with garlic powder and cayenne, on the gasser (blasphemous!) Fresh cracked pepper and clarified butter once off the grill. Also grilled some Dungeness crab legs with clarified butter. Wine was a 2017 Etude Pinot Noir Heirloom. Zoom party after with great friends until 1:00 AM (Waaayyy past our bedtime). Happy New Year everyone!
