As others have confirmed, you are fine. I get a boneless rib roast every year at least two weeks prior to Christmas. I roll it in spices and wrap it tight in cling film before returning to the fridge. A couple days prior to the cook it gets pulled out of the film for some dry aging in the fridge. Never not yummy.

Drying two days, but it’s aging the whole time.

I don’t know about you, but I always get the feeling here that most guys on this site don’t merely defer to their wives, they don’t even bother talking about this stuff with them.

Well more than half the guys on this forum refer to their wives as "SWMBO", so you might be on to something here...
Confucius once said “happy wife; happy life”.  Maybe it was Isaac Newton or Leonardo who said it, can’t remember.  Whoever it was, I am sure he was onto something.
So the only way to make your wife happy is to simply obey her?

That sounds like a healthy marriage. /s
Never said I was married 😂🤣

Leonardo was probably gay, and husband doesn't rhyme with wife, so pretty sure it wasn't him.... =)

(edit -- not that there's anything wrong with that or men owning pink stuff)

    Just use the gender neutral...

    “Happy spouse, peaceful house.”

or gender & legal status neutral....

    "Happy partner, tranquil parlour."

The latter doesn’t rhyme. It’s not a crime, so you won’t do time, but it’s still not prime, so revise your design.
