Did some ribs yesterday for dinner last night. Used a nice Spicey rub, placed on the egg @225°F for 3.5 hours, pulled applied preserves and melted butter, wrapped in foil, placed back on the egg for an hour, pulled and removed foil applied blues hog original sauce, cooked another 30 mins, pulled and served.
Dude. Sorry about the pic, but, took a shot prior to last cuts being taken.

These were amazing. Will be done like this until peach preserves are no longer available on earth.

I have started using a bit more spicy rub, prior to the peach preserves, and I think it really makes it better.GregW said:Excellent cook. I have used your peach preserve recipe a few times now. It has become a family favorite.
just a bit more cayenne seems to get the job done."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Feel free, it is such a tasty meal. And if there are any leftovers, pull the meat, chop it, put it on your favorite sandwich roll with chopped onions and spiced dills. While new level of good.TrippleRipple said:Fantastic cook! Well done. I'm inspired...to completely copy you."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
