    Culver Duck is local to me and we've had thoughts of roasting one of their birds. Duck without birdshot has some appeal, as I've had plenty with. Let us know how it turns out.

    @JRWhitee - that is a complete spread of greatness.  Making that many ABT's was likely the most labor intensive prep work. Impressive right there.  Enjoy the banquet.

    Bone in Leg of lamb, stuffed with Anchovies, garlic and rosemary, will be served with three cheese mash, oyster stuffing, roasted carrots with maple syrup.and peas. Dessert apple crumble.. Full disclosure everything will be cooked indoors.
