I just researched them a bit. I love pepper spices. It appears that you missed out on the "I can't feel my face premium red pepper flakes" portion!!Beautiful and lovely Villa Rica, Georgia

I received those as a birthday gift. They are amazing! Just be aware that recipes that call for 'red pepper flakes' are based on the standard ones. (like on the table at a pizzeria) These are not pizzeria pepper flakes. That is just the four pepper blend, I speak of. The others are amazing and flavorful in their own respective right.Formerly @dharley prior to some password bs.

These are a game changer for those of us who like a variety of heat, and depth of flavor. Have been using these recently , and cannot go back the “pizzeria” style pepper again. Full disclosure, I have no interest in this company or its product. If you are lucky you could snag a grinder but they are in short supply. Add some to a pot of chili or anything else and you can’t go wrong. Just sayin’

Flatiron is good stuff. Yes on their grinders. They just cameback in stock if you are in need of one.

Thanks, that's what I did tonight. I made brisket chili and used the sweet heat. Turned out fantastic.tomtnc said:These are a game changer for those of us who like a variety of heat, and depth of flavor.
