Can you guess the animal? Cooked this steak on the large, reverse sear to 120f before the sear. Not sure the finish temp but would imagine right in there. Served it with morels from this past spring and loaded twice baked potatoes. Sorry no nice plated picture.

Zing! I actually voted for Joe Jorgensen. Trump and Biden are both **** options. The things that I value most about freedom and being a sovereign citizen fall closest to the libertarian party. Freedom for all people to do their own thing and a small government. But I didn’t start this post to be political. I suppose I should change that profile picture now. I accept Biden as our president. They are all greasy. Trump was a refreshing change though. At least he spoke his mind and told the truth a little more than some of those before him, he blew a lot of smoke though too.

There are a lot there. North central Colorado is filthy with them. I harvested this one in west Texas last fall. Beautiful animals. Many people complain that they taste terrible. Idk what they’re talking about. Every time I cook antelope it is magnificent.QDude said:butt_juice said:
