Shrimp Audible: Suggestions Needed

Planned for another surf and turf tonight: shrimp and tri-tip. Tri-tip is all good but the key ingredient of horseradish (root and sauce) fell through with today's groceries deliveries (yes plural). I therefore am in need of an alternative to APLs Grilled Shrimp Cocktail.

What I have on hand that I think is useful:

Cilantro, onion, chives, EVOO, garlic, butter, lemon, jalapenos

Other rubs I have that I would consider but haven't yet used on shrimp:

Raging River, Jamaican Firewalk, Albikurky Red/Green

I ruled out going to the grocery store in person for the first time in eight months and placing yet another grocery delivery order.

I truly appreciate any guidance and will follow up on this thread with the outocme.
