Bacon wrapped jalapeno & blue cheese stuffed pork chops

Modified Macom Reed's recipe for bacon wrapped jalapeno chicken thighs. Used 2" thick center cut, boneless pork chops ( on sale at Costco for $1,99/lb) and blue cheese with a pork chop rub. They were delicious.

Actually, the grid is over 2 years old and gets used almost every week and the spider is about 6 months old. I'm rather picky about having them clean. They get scrubbed with an esso pad before each grill.
