Each once and a while a cook surprises me and far exceeds expectations, and tonight was one of those nights.
Cuban style skirt steak with citrus mojo:
It didn’t hurt that I started with nice Akaushi skirt steak. Cooked in super hot cast iron pan.
Grilled zucchini with slices and cotija cheese and avocado:
