London Broil

I would really appreciate suggestions on preparation and cooking a London Broil roast. This is not a cut of meat that is found routinely in my area.I picked up one on a trip a couple of days ago. Thanks as always.

Sippi,
We like to marinate the meat with a coating of lemon pepper. Then sear it at a high temp 500-600+* for about 3 min per side. Remove it from the EGG and slice it on a diagonal against the grain about 1/8 to 1/4". Return the slices to the EGG to finish the cook to your desired liking.

<p />Sippi, that was the very first cook on my BGE and I have done it many times since - take a look at the link for a few marinate recipes and more pictures. [p]Life is GOOD! :~}[p]
