Everything bagel chicken

SWMBO wants everything bagel chicken breasts tonight. I thought instead of doing the ole usual boring in a pan, in the oven way, I’d throw this to the egg. Anybody done these in their egg? I’m kinda wondering if I should cook em direct high up in the dome or maybe at the felt with the plate setter in? I’m thinking I’ll pound em down a bit with the meat hammer for tenderness before coating.
