We did cast iron pizzas here last night. The kids made a cheese pizza and I made a Bee Sting pie for us.

We’ve had a version of it a few times at a pizza place in Mammoth, CA (Eastern Sierras) so I figured I’d give it a go and glad I did. The pie reminds me of one I do with nduja, blue cheese, and hot honey. It’s got that same spicy/sweet vibe. Give it a try if you can find some decent nduja."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Interesting name, good for a menu. That term would make me think the pizza is spicy hot with immediate hit and quick cool off with honey tones.
