First Smoke!

We were gifted the large green egg from @Nicholas_Wetton - the proud owner of an XL and Medium. We used two pork shoulders to make pulled pork and boy did it not disappoint! 

We used the leftovers today to make enchiladas.  Delicious!! Here are two pictures of the pork shoulder smoking and the enchiladas (we were too hungry to take pics of the finished product yesterday 🤦🏼‍♀️)
