We were gifted the large green egg from @Nicholas_Wetton - the proud owner of an XL and Medium. We used two pork shoulders to make pulled pork and boy did it not disappoint!
We used the leftovers today to make enchiladas. Delicious!! Here are two pictures of the pork shoulder smoking and the enchiladas (we were too hungry to take pics of the finished product yesterday 🤦🏼♀️)
Please send suggestions for what to cook next - I’d love to learn what my fellow ‘egg-headers’ favorite foods are to make!!

Welcome.You can do anything on the egg. Ribs, chicken, brisket, steaks, pizza, chili, burgers, casseroles, Stir fry, etc.
Dive in. Once you learn to build a fire and control your temps, the sky is the limit. -

Tritip is good if you can find it. Ribs are a classic, search for peach ribs on the site. Then there is always spatchcock chicken.

Nice job! The egg is so good at everything, but my absolute favorite thing to cook on the egg is chicken wings.
