Fajitas and Wings

Wagyu Skirt was on the menu for today. Then I decided to try and spin some wings on my Weber so went shopping for wings. Scored the wings and a Tomahawk on clearance.
Short version. Fajitas were amazing. Marinated for about 5 hours with some crushed garlic, squeeze of lime and bottled stuff below. Some grilled onions and jalapeños and Nolan Ryan sausage. Winner for sure.
Wings need work. Needed more time and less cherry wood chunks.
Tomahawk steak was good.
Thanks for looking.

Great spread and great cooks. But wait, I thought you cook better wings without the rotisserie basket, and what's with skinless beef, how does one cook beef with raw shoe leather still attached

Yea, this is an older basket wing post. I gave it a try several times. But basket wings are just not my thing.Canugghead said:Great spread and great cooks. Agree on the skinless wording on the skit steak package. I actually never even noticed. Maybe referring to silver skin. They were trimmed up nice right out of the package.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
Just realised you posted this over two months ago, my bad.
You are probably right about the silver skin, just not used to seeing skinless on beef product.canuckland
