Wagyu beef ribs

Haven’t posted a cook in a bit. Figured the holiday weekend was a good time. Put on some wagyu beef ribs early this morning with a light coating of mustard and a heavy coating of Kosmos Texas beef rub. Cherry wood for smoke. Cooked at 250.
