Couple Bloody Mary marinated, 4-5 hours, breasts sprinkles with @MeatChurch Gospel. 
Some diced baked potato with butter and Parmesan, Garlic, Rosemary Olive Oil. Was crispy goodness.

    Looks great.  We have been doing a lot of potatoes like that lately.  I do them on the 2nd rack of the ps woo high in the dome.  They are fantastic!

    Will definitely do again on my XL so I can use a larger cast iron pan for the potatoes. Very hard to stir them around in the small pan.
