Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Chicken Thighs

Kinda followed Malcolms Reed recipe:

Pre smoked the chilis
I used a 3 pepper cheese instead creamed cheese
I didn't dunk the thighs, instead just poured the his sauce over the thighs
Pretty dang good for who it was for!
Wife even liked it and she hates dark meat chicken

Lookin good, Loco! I made them a few weeks ago, but skipped the sauce at the end. Do you think the sauce was worth adding?Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
