drizzle a little balsamic glaze into the fig, top with gorganzola and a walnut. you can either push the walnut into the fig or sit it on ttop of the cheese, egg it

Not sure if this is something you are looking for, but they are great on a crostini. Slice and toast some French bread. Splash of olive oil, add a thin slice of prosciutto, a sliced fig piece, a mint leaf, some crunchy sea salt and pepper to taste. Easy, great presentation, and delicious.
