How to Wrap Brisket?

Sounds like a stupid question, but I can't find the answer anywhere. I've never used butchers paper before and plan to wrap a brisket this weekend to try it out. Does anyone have a link or step by step instructions they can share on how to properly wrap the brisket?

I can’t help you know how to wrap but I have some good news. I cooked brisket recently and wrapped in butcher paper. It looked like a three year old wrapping presents by themselves did it. The good news is it still worked. One of the Franklin BBQ videos shows him wrapping a brisket. I’ve watched it and I still screwed it up. Somebody will be along shortly with actual helpful advice.

"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
