Plated with pesto green beans and baked potato

I’m measuring my food these days so 6ounces is all I got, plus a few tastes while carving :-) it was a great meal with the wife after a day of boating, happy 4th everyone!

    Great cook and result right there.  Nailed that cross-section.
    Congrats on the portion control as well.  Stay with it.

    the only thing better than having a tomahawk steak is having tomahawk steaks 2 nights in a row! My brother had my family over for his inaugural steak cook on his new XL! Here’s a couple pics from last night
