I’m measuring my food these days so 6ounces is all I got, plus a few tastes while carving :-) it was a great meal with the wife after a day of boating, happy 4th everyone!

the only thing better than having a tomahawk steak is having tomahawk steaks 2 nights in a row! My brother had my family over for his inaugural steak cook on his new XL! Here’s a couple pics from last night

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
