Salmon hit with Tsunami Spin and zuke hit with Italian seasoning.  Smoked with cherry at 425 direct up on the woo 


Served up with brown rice.   


Excellent meal for 2 on the lil cooker.

    Salmon is probably my favorite thing to cook on the egg.  Always a great meal, and yours looks delicious.
