Little Chef made tacos

As the title says Norah Grace made tacos...🍤 to be exact.   She seasoned these with a mix of DizzyPig Swamp Venom  and Molé.  She tossed these on the Blackstone on medium high heat and they were done in about 90seconds.   Here are a few photos of her efforts.

thanks for taking the time to look.

What talent, drive and skills.  I would be challenged to nurture your protege right there.  What ever it takes ( and at some point it may be throttling back) to continue to help her maximize her innate talent. Impressive is not strong enough-
    I would crush those tacos.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Speaking of @Little Chef, has anyone heard from or about Michelle lately? I'm guessing the original, long time south Florida egger, Little Chef (Michelle Reyes, an actual trained chef, CIA I think) isn't too concerned that her name has been "borrowed". But you never know. Surprised none of the old timers have mentioned her in one of these Norah Grace threads.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

@Carolina Q I didn’t know there was an actual @Little Chef on here.  I think we started calling Norah Grace that because of the move ratatouille.  She was a little mimic in the kitchen and it just kind of stuck.

Also it looks like the @Little Chef Hasn’t been on here since 2012

  • @Carolina Q, Little Chef was trained at Le Cordon Bleu. And she was also an instructor there until they shut down all U.S. campuses in 2015. I haven't seen or heard from her either.
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

I noticed this in FB, it appears Michelle Norve is the owner operator...

Edit: apology to OP for thread jacking.  Just realised Norah Grace's T-shirt matches the original little chef's food truck!
