    Kind of done the same thing with reubens, substituting ppb for corned beef, does not suck.

    Absolutely one of my faves.....My Beautiful Wife stepped up and did enchiladas with ppb tonight. Without a doubt the best she has ever made.

    When you’re freezing the pork, are you throwing a little sauce in the bag, as well? I find it thaws  out very moist, if I do this. But - I’m not thawing first anything other than simple sandwiches or just on the plate. Maybe the sauce would screw up your pasta and other recipes?

    thanks for the backpacking suggestion. I just got my 20 pound base weight together. Can’t wait to get on the mountain.

    I do not use any sauce, I add it if needed for whatefer meal we are soing that may require it.
