Kind of done the same thing with reubens, substituting ppb for corned beef, does not suck.GATraveller said:I've gotten on a kick of making Cuban sandwiches with leftover pulled pork, deli ham, Swiss cheese and yellow mustard on good cuban bread then pressed in the panini maker. Awesome. Definitely going to give your method a go. Thanks for the tip!

Absolutely one of my faves.....My Beautiful Wife stepped up and did enchiladas with ppb tonight. Without a doubt the best she has ever made.bradleya123 said:I'm doing taco's tonight with leftover pulled pork...always yummy!!

When you’re freezing the pork, are you throwing a little sauce in the bag, as well? I find it thaws out very moist, if I do this. But - I’m not thawing first anything other than simple sandwiches or just on the plate. Maybe the sauce would screw up your pasta and other recipes?
thanks for the backpacking suggestion. I just got my 20 pound base weight together. Can’t wait to get on the mountain.Large BGE and Medium BGE
