First cook photo

Hi,

I've been on the forum mostly lurking for the last three years. Since the lockdown I'm looking to get more active here.

Anyway, here's my first (I think) cook photo from a pizza I did yesterday...

Guy Fieri's "Prime Time Pizza Crust" recipe, salami, pepperoni, mushrooms, and mozz.

Looking good from here! No need to lurk anymore...you are now a bonafide BGE pizza maker!

Glad you posted. It looks goo to me. Keep coming back and sharing what you do - that's what makes it interesting to be here.
I can't tell you how much I've grown as a cook by interacting with folks here and learning from them.

    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
