Lollipops anyone...

Morning All:

That would be lamb lollipops...Easter dinner, a couple racks of lamb with only Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish applied heavily...onto the small Egg, direct about 300...


Ready to come off...internal temp on both was about 144 to 147...


I thought that IT was a little too high but based on the money shot (and the taste) they were a perfect rare/medium...


Kathy made some cheddar/gouda mac & cheese along with some slaw from yesterday's dinner to make a great Easter dinner for the two of us!
