    Ended up cooking Bloody Mary marinated chicken breasts tonight.
    With a very small piece of Post Oak. Damn they were good. Sliced up and put over a salad.
    Steak tomorrow night.

    Got 2" thick strips at Costco yesterday for 6.99/lb.  Just one of these big boys will feed us both.  SV and sear tonight.  Vac sealed the others.
